More About
Me

After two decades climbing the corporate ladder in NYC , I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being pulled farther and farther from my ethos.  I could no longer justify working for brands that put corporate profits over human health.  I traded in my corner office for a life in beautiful Boulder, CO and decided to focus on what mattered – how we care for ourselves, our environment and each other.

I know how busy life can get, and I know the stressors women face at home, in the workplace, and in our healthcare system.  I have been there, and I can help you to incorporate lasting change, just as I did.  I know that the way we choose to live our lives and how we incorporate the gifts the earth provides is the most crucial aspect to ensure our physical, spiritual and emotional well-being.   And I believe this may just be the most powerful medicine of all.

I believe in questioning our western approach to wellness and want to help shift the paradigm away from symptom suppression and quick fixes to an integrative approach to health. My mission is to educate and empower women who seek an increased reliance on natural approaches for wellness and prevention.

My plant addiction is real, and for some reason I always remember what I was wearing when recalling a memory.  I will always choose a sunny beach over a cold mountain, and cuddle my dog more than my husband.
